Expert answer:I need 5 good pages to mix into my paper

Expert answer:Te topic for this paper is
Organizational Communication across a globally disbursed
work force. I uploaded the outline I submitted a few weeks ago. I would like it if you could work off that template. Your work can be very generic and vague as long as it follows the mantra of ethical communication. I will tie it together with 3 or 4 pages of content from my specific topic. I have been too busy to work on this and I just need some help at this point. I am rocking a steady A right now so this paper doesn’t need to win any awards. Please use in text citations in your work. Feel free to use the refrence list I provided in the upload. Writing RequirementsThe final research paper should be 8-10 pages. It should include a title page, an introduction to your topic, a review of literature section, a discussion section that includes observations you make about the topic based on the information in your review of literature and your knowledge of professional codes of ethics, a summary/evaluation reflection section, and a reference list.PProvide headings for each of the sections in the paper.A minimum of ten credible sources should appear on the reference list.Be certain to provide in-text citations in the body of your paper to identify the sources of information.Use transition sentences or paragraphs to guide the reader from one section of the paper to the next.Content RequirementsYour title page should contain the title of your paper and your name. Begin your introduction on the next page.In your introduction, you should briefly summarize your paper topic and specific aspects of ethical communication your paper covers. In your literature review section you should:Identify and define one or more ethical theories or concepts that apply to your topic.Discuss what others have written about this particular topic or issues related to this topic. In your discussion section you should:Identify and cite codes of ethics that you examined that apply to your topic.Explain how the codes of ethics may have (1) helped identify ethical issues related to your topic and/or (2) provided guidance in making decisions about ethical communication related to your topic. In your summary reflection section, you should:Consider and reflect on how individual cultural differences may impact the perspectives of your ethical communication topic. For example, how might people of different genders, races, ethnicities, nationalities, religious beliefs, etc. see the topic differently depending on their culture? How might these perspectives relate to one or more of the five key ethical values of truth, justice, freedom, care, and integrity?Reflect on your personal observations based on your personal code of ethics. How does your personal code of ethics impact your perspective on the topic?Conclude by summarizing one or more recommendations you feel are important for others to consider about aspects related to your topic that they might encounter in their lives.Your reference section should contain an alphabetical listing of each of the sources you used for the paper formatted in APA style.

Running head: M4A1: Title page
Organizational Communication across a globally disbursed work force
Excelsior College
Joe Maioriello
Introductory paragraphs
What is Ethical Communication? The National Communication Association (NCA) states:
“ethical communication enhances human worth and dignity by fostering truthfulness, fairness,
responsibility, personal integrity, and respect for self and other.” (Tompkins, 2011) Why is it
important for a leader to understand this? What does a leader stand to learn or gain from
understanding the teachings of great minds like, Immanual Kant, Alastair MacIntyre or Sissela
Bok? How can these old teachings and ideals apply today to leading an organization ethically?
How can they utilize this in a practical application in the work environment? Through out this
paper my intent is to further expound upon these teachings, while providing realistic, modern day
examples of how these theory’s still are very much applicable to every workforce.
Managing a diverse workforce can be difficult for any leader. Add in a separation of time zones
across every continent and you will find it is extremely challenging, even for the most seasoned
leaders and managers. Communicating ethicality in this type of environment is critical to
building trust and mutual respect among co-workers, even is a senior / subordinate relationship.
Without trust and mutual respect you can not effectively run an organization like the one I am in
charge of. Through out my research for this paper and the course work leading up to it, I have
gained invaluable amount of practical information that will ultimately result in my ability to
provide better leadership and mentor ship for the personnel in my charge.
Review of Literature
So far my literature review has been informative. I really need to send some additional time to
focus on this. I have been traveling through the Middle East and Central Asia for the past 2
weeks. I am about to return home and plan to dig in deeper over the weekend.
Thus far I have been able to blend several of the references together fairly well. I found several
similarities and cross references between the work of Andrew Leigh and Robert Philips. Both of
them share similar points concerning organizational leadership and how ethics apply.
I believe I have hit a goldmine with Frankel, M. S., “Professional Codes: Why, How and With
What Impact?” This reference has an interesting take on professional ethics on a broad
spectrum. I found it interesting the way it points out and discuses how trust and admiration are
no longer unquestioned. It eludes to the fact that trust is crucial in developing a ethical
relationship. I think this translates well to ethical communication.
In a pursuit of trying to tie in ethical realism to my topic discussion I was able to pull some great
information from Sami Pihlstrom’s Pragmatic Moral Realism. “The messiness pragmatists talk
about helps us to distinguish pragmatist forms of moral realism from other perhaps seemingly
pragmatic but not really pragmatist positions”. (Pihlstrom, S. 2005) In this reference, Pihlstrom
spends a good amount of time discussing Hilary Putnam’s pragmatic form of moral realism. This
was one of the clearest example I could find of ethical realism and I think it will tie in well with
the rest of my work.
