Job Description: A full-service AV-rated Green Bay law firm, seeks a part-time legal assistant / paralegal
with experience in the areas of estate planning, probate / trust administration, business, real estate, civil
litigation and/or family law. Position responsibilities include corresponding with clients and keeping them
informed on all aspects of case, assisting attorneys on all phases of legal matters, drafting legal
documents, pleadings and correspondence, summarizing documents, legal research, and organizing and
maintaining client files.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a paralegal degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of private
practice experience. Attention to detail is essential. Additional desirable qualities include strong written
and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, organized, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and
assignments, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, ability
to work both independently and as a team player, and time-management skills.
