Market Competition
The primary competition of Life Expressions in Seattle is the existing number of sellers
of the market. The Companies in this category also offer natural juice and with an established
nature in the region. As a benefit, the companies do not have specific stores but only sell
through retailers in packages. The Companies lack direct contact with customers thus, they
cannot monitor if the products are sold or credit. It is up to the retailer to decide if the product is
to be sold on credit or not (Baker, 2012).
The companies have also set high pricing tactic on
their products limiting its availability to the high-income earners in the region.
Entry barriers
also play a part in influencing competition in the market. The location has limited barriers,
which are favorable for the company to easily make entry and compete.
Competing with Market Leaders
The competition of Life Expression lies on other established companies in the region
with a loyal following and legendary user experience. It will be difficult for the company to
make entry into the Seattle market sorely with the dependent of retailers. The core drivers that
the people in the community are seeking in natural juice are a great taste in natural ingredients,
and the ability to improve their health and reduce inactivity. Life Expressions offer to-go RAW
natural juice on which the customers can easily grab their drinks on disposable cups on their way
to work, to the gym and even home. Setting low prices than those of the market leaders on the
product will provide a competitive edge of the company.
Company Differentiation from Competition
Life Expressions will produce RAW natural juice that balances tastes, healthy
ingredients, and productivity in one formula that will satisfy the demands of the consumers. To
differentiate itself from its competitors, Life Expressions will promote its products through
massive marketing campaigns. The company will use the local radio channels to advertise its
product and pass the message across Seattle. Life Expressions uses few tools, blenders, and
juicer, to make its RAW natural juice thus acting as a differentiation product from its
competitors. The company will save on additional costs and use the extra expenses on various
Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in Seattle.
Clarity of Company Message
The aspect of health promotion and functionality of the society define the target market
of Life Expression. The product attempts to support the intake of healthy fluids in the body. As
most people go for the unhealthy drinks, Life Expressions are a concoction of natural and readily
available products. Given that the product is dependent on fruits and vegetables from the farm, it
provides a platform for the residents to market their farm products. The product will promote
health productive lives for the people of Seattle.
It attempts to increase the alertness and
wakefulness and reduce cholesterol in the blood.
Marketing Vehicles
The primary marketing vehicle that will be used by the company is social media
marketing. There are various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube that strive
promote the presence of a product and reach all prospective customers in Seattle. This marketing
vehicle involves the creating and sharing content on various networks in order to achieve the
branding and marketing goals (Kaur, 2016). The company should also use print advertising to
increase the recognition of its product. This tool entails the use of brochures and flyers to engage
the customers of the product’s specialties. The company will also use billboards to ensure that it
reaches a mass number of people on the streets of Seattle. Moreover, the company will also use
the broadcast advertising to market its product in the region. The precise forms of the broadcast
that best suit the company is the local radio channels in an attempt to reach a large number of
consumers at once (Beckner, 2014). The company will also make an online presence by creating
a unique website to advertise its products and engage the customers in events of the company.

NAB Company Choice and its SWOT Analysis
My NAB Company
Undoubtedly, Life’s Expressions is a NAB company which deals with the processing of
RAW natural juice. It uses fresh fruits and greens to make the commercial fresh juice. Human
bodies are highly responsive to what they take in henceforth the name choice. The word life here
offers the statement that feeding the body with clean things will ensure more years on earth.
Expression is the description of how the juice is extracted from the excretion of all natural RAW
ingredients.
Mission Statement and Components
Primarily, Life’s Expression is a fictional juice fruit company that majors in supporting
the intake of healthy fluids in the body. Most people go for unhealthy drinks such as chemically
processed fruits and alcoholic beverages which in return impacts negatively on their bodies. My
products are a concoction of natural and readily available products. Fruits and groceries can
easily be found on farms and homesteads. By purchasing them, I will be helping the community
as they will find a market for their products. Additionally, they will act as a market for my
products as a return. After production, the waste products will be used in other ways such
feeding the cows, goats, and sheep. The processing will generate income to the surrounding as
an added advantage. The fresh and natural juice will also be taken in by all people. Besides, this
will include the old, children and the sick. The company will enrich and strengthen the lives of
most people in the community through the provision of the health juice which will as well be in
variety (Hossain, & Hossain, 2015).
COMPANY DESCRIPTION AND ITS SWOT ANALYSIS

Trends
Among the primary reasons behind why I decided to choose the said NAB are the
simplicity, health benefits of the fresh juice to all kinds of people whether old or young and the
easiness and simplicity in processing and distribution. The recipes for making different types of
extracts are so many offering a variety of options in the processing. After making the juices,
5litre containers are required to transport the juice to different places and most importantly sell it
door to door. The fresh raw juice does not need so much advertising since the customers look
for it. Therefore, the juice has a ready market. In support to this, most sick people are always
advised to take the juice on a daily basis for strength gain. Parents are still encouraged to give
their kids the juice too for efficient growth. The processing of the juice is secure as there are
only a few devices needed such as the blender and juicer. Therefore, the processing is cost
effective and easy to start. The most important critical issue is that the juice is healthy to people
and henceforth will attract more alcohol drinkers. Fresh juice offers a right amount of vitamin in
the body and thus can be prescribed over the vitamin pills.
Strategic Position
Life’s Expression targets at being the leading fresh juice company in the area. For that to
get achieved, Life’s Expression will ensure that it is meeting its clients satisfactory. Additionally,
the company will make sure that it follows the code of ethics strictly. Honesty will be an
essential element whereby additional chemicals or sweeteners will not be used. The production
will remain naturally pure, and as a result, the juice will stay healthy and uncontaminated. Most
alcoholic drinks are made of chemicals. My products will contain no chemicals and as a result
will not be addictive.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION AND ITS SWOT ANALYSIS
4
Overview of My Company’s Distribution Channels
Most importantly, Life’s expression will be making its sales directly to the consumers.
The production will entail a sizeable room at which the consumers will be coming for the juice.
It will be sold in clear plastic containers. Fresh juice cannot get a long-term storage and therefore
the clients will be getting it when still clean. Also, the company will have few salespersons who
will be delivering the juice to people. It is because not all people can be able to arrive at the room
and purchase from there. For instance, the old and the sick cannot be able to move and acquire it
from the stores (Hossain, & Hossain, 2015).
Risks That My Business Could Face
The business is at a risk of competition, regulations and lastly products availability. Fruits
grow with seasons. Whenever the season is low maybe for a particular specific fruit, then the
production of that type of juice will not be possible. Additionally, most consumers are used to
chemically made juices and alcoholic beverages and therefore converting them to preferring my
products might be a bit difficult. The organization will be required to possess an excellent
number of licenses from different governmental bodies such as health and food regulatory
bodies. Acquisition of those documents might be a bit expensive. Moreover, whenever the fruits
purchased from the producers are unhealthy, then the juice will not be suitable for consumption
(Moghaddaszadeh et al., 2015).
