I agree with your opinion that it might be the best option to go the litigation route if
it was a giant matter. Because the stakes are high it would be best to make sure
everything is official and that there are multiple objective viewpoints in order to find
the best solution. Also in case there needs to be any witnesses of the solution.

Charles,
I like the way you pointed out that ADR includes 3 different ways to resolve a matter:
negotiation, mediation, arbitration. I am a bit confused from your response on which
you would think would be the best route. You provide examples of how both ADR
and litigation can be useful in resolving a dispute.

I like the way you pointed out that ADR includes 3 different ways to resolve a
matter: negotiation, mediation, arbitration. This gives an range of opportunity to
resolve the matter in what best benefits both parties.
I am confused by your post in which you mention that the safest way is included in
either mediation and arbitration. Would you please clarity in your opinion which is
the safest.
Overall your answer is very detailed and I was able to take away some really good
points.

Hi Zack,
I agree with you. Litigation process is longer, tedious and can cost you a lot of
money. Even though judges supposed to be impartial, they use their judgement
when making a decision and that judgement might not be the best for either parties.
Communication is the key. If we are able to sit down and dialogue with our business
partners, it is very promising that we can come out with a solution.

Hello Zach,
Your point is thorough and you give the right reasons why you would choose ADR
over litigation. I too would choose ADR over litigation for your same reasons.
Thanks for the great insight.
