companies would come into their minds. However, some companies stand out, and there is
hardly anybody who has never had about it. One example of such companies is Google Inc. One
of the dreams of most company owners is making sure that the names of their businesses are
known as far and wide as possible. Thus, what makes Google Inc the best place to work? This
paper considers the fundamental driving forces that influence the organizational environment of
Google. The article also examines the policies enacted by the company, considering the
influences that those practices have on the outcome of individuals and the organization. The
paper also finds the practices related to work attitudes in organizations in the US that are affected
by diversity.

another driving power could be the accuracy of the search results. By perfecting on those two
driving forces, Google posed to be the leading search engine in 1998. Google multiplied, and in
1999 it was undisputedly the best search engine. The rapid expansion of the company prompted
for the globalization of the company. The search engine was made available in 10 other
languages. The move of adding different languages was smart since the company had already
started going international. Currently, the company has its offices in more than 60 countries and
can translate more than 180 languages. With its offices in various countries, Google can meet the
needs of the people in different countries. This is because the company can engage its customers
on personal levels.
