Include the definition for each term. b) Explain the main challenges faced in the workplace by people who identify themselves as belonging to this underrepresented group by presenting data displayed in tables or graphs.Testimonial – analyze an interview or case study of someone who identifies with the underrepresented group. A) Describe the interviewee’s background and perspective. B) Note any suggestions on how to prevent and avoid discrimination.Accommodations, practices, and interventions – to support the specific underrepresented group. You can use real data or examples from organizations to provide support for your claims. A) Present one accommodation or practice that an organization can use to assist the underrepresented group. B) Provide one example of an inclusion intervention used by a real-world organization that can support the underrepresented group.Resource library – resources in different formats to help people who belong to the underrepresented group. A) List one YouTube video related to the underrepresented group. B) List one website that can provide more information or support. To give this TED talk, you will make a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation can be used in your portfolio to showcase your understanding of DEI and specific underrepresented groups. Overall, the TED talk’s evaluation will address three criteria: Elements. The TED talk contains and addresses all required elements effectively.  Did you simply describe information, or did you reflect, critique ideas, question assumptions, and demonstrate analytical skills?
