Inthisproject,eachstudentmustdesign,simulate,andimplementa… In this project, each student must design, simulate, and implement a Multi-Voltage AC/DC Adapter Switching Power Supply, Suitable for 6 V and 9 V Devices. Design Specifications: (a) Design and simulate a regulated power supply using a bridge rectifier, capacitors, and Zener diode (no Integrated Circuit). The source voltage is 110±10 Vrms, 60 Hz frequency. The output voltage is as follows (±5%): 6 and 9 V ( i.e it will need 2 zener diodes; 1 Zener diode for the 9 v and the other one for the 6v, with their respective RL for each independent output.After the bridge rectifier, I need 2 leads; one corresponding to the 9v output and another one for the 6v. Calculation of the capacitor, Zener diode, RL. The circuit designed is need it. I started half of the design, the resistor after the bridge rectifier is a surge protector for the zener diode. Somehow, I need to make independent paths to make a 9v and 6 v output. if i connect both of them to the bridge rectifier, one is draining the other and I am not getting the expected outcome .
