However, we’ve come a long way in our country when it comes to fair treatment and rehabilitation. Therefore, we must focus on helping everyone involved in these situations get on their feet again, whether through counseling programs or through educational opportunities for local universities/colleges which would allow them to either further their degrees or start their own businesses.  In my opinion, the opposition to my argument for legalizing the recreational use of marijuana is based on personal beliefs and fears rather than the actual evidence. To begin, many parents and religious leaders are against legalization because they are concerned about their children’s safety. They don’t want them to be exposed to this drug and therefore feel that it should not be legalized. I also believe that people who oppose legalization also believe that this will lead to more use of marijuana among teenagers. This argument can be countered by pointing out that we already have proof that allowing an adult to purchase marijuana in public reduces the risk of minors buying marijuana, so those opposed may actually be supporting more usage among teenagers if they didn’t allow adult citizens to purchase it in stores. Part three :Being a good citizen goes hand in hand with being a good human being. As long as you respect the laws, you will be considered as such. If we are to take an example from our country or another, we have seen it happen too many times that some people care more about the money than they do about the nation they live in. It is because of people like them that there are problems with crime and drugs happening in our streets; hence leading to the loss of lives. Being good citizens comes with responsibilities, so if we want to change things around here, we need to start by doing what’s right as well as making sure everyone else stays safe. Part four :I believe that there are many reasons why Canada/Ontario should make the school year longer. The first reason why Canada/Ontario should make the school year longer for all students is because it will help set the stage for better education system and more students starting off their educations with a good foundation, which can lead to more success later on in life. Secondly, making school year longer would also allow parents to be at home some nights thus they would not have to work on night shifts anymore which means happier families and a better economy. Additionally, higher incomes in Ontario would increase if schools had longer school years because it would encourage more people to stay home with their children instead of taking time off work and begin a career only to find out that they’re not as prepared for college exams as they were prepared for high school exams. Finally, keeping kids in school longer might allow some kids who decide against going to college or university because they want to try other things before getting a degree (like sports) to decide that getting that degree isn’t necessary since school is done by then already.In my opinion, no. I feel that there are too many issues with lengthening the school year, especially when it comes to rescheduling exams.There are many reasons as to why lengthening the school year would be a bad idea for both Canada and Ontario. One huge reason is that 68% of Canadians aged 15-19 live in families that do not have anyone in the workforce. Therefore, these students will not be able to benefit from more time at school if they cannot get enough time with their family on breaks. The other way in which students can benefit from longer breaks is by completing more assignments so that they can start earning higher grades.
