that affect employee compensation. This is something that you may be called upon to do in a future
Human Resource position.
The second part of this assignment involves creating a chart detailing the three types of pay discussed this
week. Being able to distinguish the different types of pay that employees receive will assist you in
explaining it to those you may work with in the future. You may even be able to use the chart you create
as a reference for your quiz this week, as well as on the job!
