a. I chose this topical because it applies to me daily in my job and I
would like to learn more on the subject and how to deal with
subordinates.
b. “Fundamentally, LMX argues that leaders do not treat all followers
as if they were a uniform group of equals. Rather, the leader forms
specific and unique linkages with each subordinate, thus creating a
