Part One: A mediation video has been downloaded under assignments in Blackboard. Please watch it and review it, keeping in mind the six steps of mediation. It will be helpful to take notes while watching the scenario with the employees in conflict as well as the mediator.
Part Two: Using the six step mediation model as a guide, critically analyze the mediation and the mediator’s effectiveness. Your written responses must utilize APA style, proper grammar (including 3rd person objectivity), and critical thinking. Simple yes or no responses will not be accepted nor will any group submissions be accepted! Your step-by-step analysis should be 2-4 pages. After analyzing each step, answer the remaining qualitative questions and submit your critical analysis via email in a Word document directly to me NO LATER than Monday, December 14th. The earlier the better! Remember, you need an APA cover page as well.
