Organization and preparation are two key components of effective
professional communication. Whether you are communicating in

drastic. As you continue to practice professional communication
skills that will benefit you in the workplace, how might you now
begin adding focus to these ideas of “what” and “how” each time
you write so that you begin challenging yourself to strengthen your
writing and communication skills each day? Also, how might this
be applicable to verbal language as well? Might you also be
mindful of what you say and how you say it? Might you seek to
use proper grammar when writing and proper language when
speaking? Remember that communicating professionally means
being mindful of all types of communication while being
organized and prepared with attention to both how and what you
are trying to convey.
