(I chose organizational culture theory topic, it means it applies to different
types of subjects in an organization like values, beliefs, opinions, traditions,
policies, and etc. What the social issue doesn’t like is that many people over
the world have been fighting or discussing negative/looking down on others. I
believe that it is because of religion views. Socially it may be changed without
religion—and if with religions, parents should teach their kids how to respect
