She intends to breastfeed this baby as she didn’t breastfeed their first child but is apprehensive as she is unsure of how to go about it. Dietary Data Patient’s 24-hour dietary recall revealed that she misses breakfast, mostly due to the nausea and vomiting. Lunch is comprised of sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes and a variety of fruits. Dinner, she states is her best meal where she can keep all food down without vomiting and is comprised of meat (Turkey or chicken as patient dislikes ALL red meat) with rice, potatoes or pasta. She doesn’t consume milk but consumes 1-2 glasses of water daily, along with sweet diet sodas which she craves and consumes approximately 4-5 cans per day. Patient does not take her vitamins as prescribed due to the nausea. INSTRUCTIONS: 1.
