Club: Smart Body Youth Sports Club
Background
Twenty percent of Smart Body Youth Sports Club took part in the organized sports in the
previous year, compared with 80 percent in the suburbs. At present, there are 20,000 youths in
the Smart Body Youth Sports Club between the ages of 5 to 15. In contrast to the Smart Body
Youth Sports Club, the suburbs have muscular financial support with a packed dress of youth
sports. This sports initiative is for urban kids, particularly city girls to have ports robs for
physical activity, learning skills, as well as considerable time to avoid them being part and parcel
of negative leisure such as violence, drugs and sexual activities (Samples, 2017). A clinical study
as well indicates that recreation and sports programs can aid youth to ascertain healthy, lifelong
and bodily activity patterns. Additionally, such body activities decrease depression and anxiety
feelings; assist in controlling obesity and weight; while exercise builds and sustains healthy
muscles, bones, and joints.
Children in the city should have an opportunity for a triumphant start in schooling and
sports despite race, age, gender, income, family composition or community. In response to such
considerable discrepancy, Smart Body Youth Sports Club has been formed to offer sports
program essential for Richmond kids to have same chances for structured sports. The program
will, therefore, play a critical role in both physical development and health fitness of those who
will have the opportunity of using the facility. According to Burke (2017), physical fitness is
critical in growth and development on everyone.
