Subject: Human Resource Training Meeting

The purpose of this memo to inform all the company administrators and employees that the
management has decided to conduct a human resource training meeting on 27/10/2017. The
meeting will be held at the StarKims company boardroom starting from 10:00 AM. The agenda of
the meeting will be to discuss the following issues that affect the management of the organization.

The trending ethical issues affecting the company including; relationship between
employers and employees on how they treat each other within and outside the premise, our
product productivity verses dependability on the market and how to handle the security
against the rate of the automotive we produce.

The ethical concerns that might affect the company including; handling security matter in
the company, misconducts by employees such as giving misleading information, and legal
problems that might arise in case of delivery of faulty automobiles.

Training on how to handle clients’ information while dealing with online transactions and
safeguarding buyers against theft of their financial and personal information during
transaction from any hackers
•
Address on the solutions to the problems arising in the business that might affect both the
company and employees
Please arrange to attend this crucial meeting as it will shape the face of the company and the life
of all the employees within the premise of the company. Any suggested constructive ideas from

management is also arranging an award ceremony to inspect the best employees and team with the

Those who cannot be able to attend the meeting due to unavoidable circumstances are required to

colleagues on what was discussed and go the minutes from the meeting and implement what was
