1.3 Scope
In the present report we will be limited only to three management practices. One is to

the
impact
of
interpersonal
communication
and
cross
cultural
communication on the working of the concern. The other thing is to analyse the
leadership prevailing in the concern and its outcomes in terms of performance of
employees. Third is to judge the performance of Spark Limited in terms of social
responsibility. For this purpose the annual report of the concern as well as working
pattern through its management policies will be used. The proposal will be submitted

2. Management Practices
2.1 Organisational Communication
The success or failure of an organisation largely depends on the interpersonal
communication in either of the form verbal or non verbal used in the concern to
transmit ideas and thoughts. In the present context of globalised business the Crosscultural communication has become strategically important to companies. Spark
Limited knows the importance of cross-cultural communication as it has diverse
workforce and future plans to come on the global platform. Spark Limited is aware of
the fact that their customers and employees are from diverse culture with different
beliefs and values.
So the company has framed a common platform for understanding people from
different cultures their way to communicate, and perceive the things around them. So
company is using English language to communicate to overcome language
differences.
2.2Organisational Leadership
Transformational- transactional leadership:
The leaders of the company are focused on motivating and encouraging its team
members to achieve the vision of Spark Limited. They are focussed on their future
plans. A transformational leadership always think out of the box and goes beyond
managing day-to-day operations. The leadership style used by Spark Limited is
transformational type in which leader’s emphasis on building teams, inspiring and
associating with different employees from different levels to achieve change for the
betterment of the concern. The team of leaders of the company set goals for the
followers to achieve along with incentives to encourage them for higher performance
levels keeping in mind their personal and professional growth.
2.3 Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility
In today’s fast-changing world, companies are facing multiple challenges in terms of
social and environmental issues. All these challenges determine the capacity of
business, to have sustainable growth to benefit all the stakeholders.

The various initiatives taken by the company are as follows:

3. Data & Research Methods
Data Collection:
Data collection is the method of gathering information in systematic and organised
manner.
Only secondary methods of data collection will be used to get deep insight into the
topic. I will use information available in published form like annual reports of the
company, journals, magazines, the internet, etc. for my research.
Data Analysis Methods
I will use quantitative methods to analyse the data collected from various resources.
Quantitative methods will help me to quantify opinions, behaviours and other defined
variables of the data available. This method will be helpful for me to draw
comparison and interpretation of the data. It will be used to find tendency of change
in the view of employees and other stakeholders. (Gupta, 2015)
