The challenge experienced in the implementation of the project is due to teams working in
different countries and the diversity of the culture that causes a problem in communication in the

The communication process is important in helping to achieve efficiency in the project
implementation process. It is an opportunity to successfully lead the teams and ensure growth in
my career.

The goal is to allocate the responsibilities to the team and enhance the communication strategies
