Ideal Price, is a Saudi Arabian- American style restaurant and bar, the name
itself tells a lot about the prices of the services rendered. Ideal Price, located in
Downtown Washington DC. The restaurant will serve a combination of traditional Saudi
Arabian and American foods. This business was built based on the concept of
combining two cultural foods together to create a diverse atmosphere where people can
come to experience great Saudi Arabian-American foods and ambiance as well as
promoting cultural interaction between people of different races. The business is not
only meant for the Americans and the Asians alone, but to every person who likes trying
out new dishes and style from other parts of the continent.
Location
The downtown area of Washington, DC is convenient for our market. The
metropolitan area, is travel friendly and provide parking for commuting customers. It is
also a well secured place with security officers hired from the highest rated security
company in the country. Our customers’ safety together with their belongings is our top
most priority.
Products and Services
The restaurant provide a plethora of foods and drinks offered with a Saudi
Arabian- American theme. To establish a great reputation, we provide reasonable prices
on the quality of services we offer. The products will include both American and Asian
foods like, Shawarma, cuisine, Falafel, Fries, Tacos and many more just to make our
customers feel at home and enjoy our meals. The bar will serve alcohol, wine and
spirits; In addition, the bar will also serve as an entertainment area for sports, casino
and other social highlights. The company has developed serval new flavored sauces
that go well with any meal. In fact, our variety of sauces is what set us apart from the
competition. We also have qualified and able workers who will ensure nothing else but
quality services are offered in order to attract as many customers as possible.
We also offer spacious rooms for conferences and have been termed as one of
the best in town by our clients. This is in the ultimate goal of accommodating as many
clients as possible and rendering quality and ideal services to all those who trust us with
our services.
Funding
The cumulative funding amount inquired to start this business is a loan of
300,000. The funding proceeds will be as follows.
In the amount 150,000 proceeds will estimate for marketing, inventory,
equipment and licensing; 50,000 of the profits will be funded towards staffing.

In 2017, four business students formed a restaurant business partnership. The operation
saw opportunity in of the concept of combining two cultural foods together to create a diverse

Amerbia was founded in late 2017. The owners of the company are Mohammed
Baaterjee, Adbulaziz Binsalman, Lisa Williams and Tyesha Brooks. Established in the
metropolitan area of Washington, DC. The restaurant opens seven days a week, MondayThursday 11am-10pm, Friday-Saturday 11am- 1am, and on Sundays 11am- 8pm serving brunch
along with bottomless mimosas.
Amerbia Restaurant and Lounge is an American restaurant influenced by Saudi Arabian
culture, is an upscale and pleasant environment. The menu is inspired by traditional Saudi
Arabian- American recipes and cooking techniques using high quality raw ingredients, and
affordable prices.
Built upon a legacy of great foods, creative drinks and plenty entertainment Amerbia
Restaurant and Lounge is a great place for friends, young adults, business people to congregate
and enjoy a casual dining.
The restaurants provides a plethora of foods and drinks offered with a Saudi ArabianAmerican theme. We have blended traditional Saudi Arabian and American foods that’s make
your taste buds roam. The bar will serve alcohol, wine and spirits; In addition, there will be an
adult bar and lounge, located downstairs of the restaurant. Which will serve as an entertainment
area for sports, reality television and other social highlights. In fact, our diverse atmosphere is
what set us apart from the competition.
Management team
The management team of Amerbia Resturaunt & Lounge are the following partners of the
operation, Mohammed Baaterjee, Adbulaziz Binsalman, Lisa Williams and Tyesha Brooks. Each
partners share a 25 percent of the business. Our management team is lucrative and well

compensated. We have formed a team with exceptional experiences and knowledge in different
disciplines necessary to start a business. Our mission is to create a superior guest experience.
Mohammed Baaterjee -Head Chef
Mr. Baaterjee have 5 years of experience in the food industry, and he has received culinary
training at serval restaurants in Saudi Arabia and America. He owns 25 percent of the operation
as his role in the operation is to oversee kitchen operations, this includes, making sure menu
items are prepared to perfection, upholding safety procedures, conducting interviews and hiring
kitchen staff, working with the food and beverage board and participating in management
meetings.
Adbulaziz Binsalman – Regional Director of Finances
Mr. Binsalman will take care of bookkeeping and other financial issues within the company. Mr.
Binsalman manages the food cost, labor cost and financial statements.
Lisa Williams- Director of Sales and Marketing
Ms Williams, is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product
development. Ms. Williams have 12 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Tyesha Brooks – Head of Operations
Ms. Brooks has over 6 years of managerial experience. Her duties are to oversee the execution of
superior service. She conducts the hiring and firing of all staff, ensure the work environment is
safe, upholds the company polices, maintain inventory, and promote growth of all management
and staff personnel.

Capital Requirements
We are looking to launch and strengthen our business within the District of Columbia. Bringing
together two different culture in the Downtown area. Due to the location of our restaurant
“Amerabia”, I must ensure that we maintain a positive cash flow. I have research the following

offices and/or departments needed to open our brand-new business. Which are the Department of
Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), and
Alcoholic Beverage Regulation (ABRA). They will provide us with our licenses/business tax ID
number we need. Provide the ownership type, location and type of business.
The cumulative funding amount I’m requesting to start this business is a loan of $250,000 (Two
hundred and fifty thousand dollar). The funding proceeds will be as follows. In the amount
150,000 proceeds will estimate for marketing, inventory, equipment and licensing; 50,000 of the
profits will be funded towards staffing. 100 00 towards the servicing of the rooms to meet the
required standards as well as paying our initial suppliers for the first-time delivery for the
required materials and food stuff.
This will take care of advertisement, salary for 15 employees and 4 management staff, produce
beverage, equipment and furniture. I will continue to maintain and reported all transaction on
biweekly bases. As our business progress, I will produce a spreadsheet on a month to month
with forecast of Principle of Accounts: asset, liabilities, equity revenues and expenses. I have
also considered Department of Small and Local Businesses. They will offer us a better pricing
since we’re in the DC area.
