General Background ~
The goal of this project is for you to examine the ways in which human rights norms
and practices have an impact on two specific global issues: armed conflict and climate
change. You will explore the extent to which human rights in these two contexts are
sufficient, or not, for addressing current and future situations. Can human rights
standards be used to resolve problems relevant to armed conflict and climate change?
