not type it. The program will add the file extension for you automatically.

With the file SC_PPT16_5a_FirstLastName_2.pptx still open, ensure that
your first and last name is displayed in the presenter notes on Slide 1.

If the presenter notes do not display your name, delete the file and
download a new copy from the SAM website.
PROJECT STEPS
1.
Mass Appeal Kiosks provides business summaries to potential shopping mall
kiosk owners. You developed a presentation and sent it to the marketing
director for approval. You will now review and incorporate her changes. On
Slide 1 (“Mass Appeal Kiosks”), enter the following comment:
The VP requests a large font size.

With Slide 1 still displaying, compare the presentation with the file
Support_SC_PPT16_5a_Comments.pptx, available for download from the
SAM website, and then merge the two files. Accept the new theme from the
support file. (Hint: To Accept Change, click the Accept button. To Reject
Change, confirm that the Reject button has been selected.)

On Slide 2 (“What Is a Kiosk?”), accept all changes to the content placeholder.

With Slide 2 still displaying, read and then delete the comment about the
definition.

On Slide 3 (“Advantages to Owning a Kiosk”), enter the following response to
the comment:

a.
Accept the changes to the title placeholder.
b.
Reject the changes to the diagram contents in the content placeholder.

With Slide 5 still displaying, insert a comment with the following text:

With Slide 6 still displaying, replace the text “or” with an ampersand & in the
“Makeup or Grooming” and “Specialty or Seasonal” SmartArt Shapes.

On Slide 7 (“Kiosk Shoppers”), reject the change to the diagram contents.
12.
On Slide 8 (“Market Analysis”), respond to the changes as follows:
a.
Accept the change to the title text.
b.
Reject the style change for the chart contents.
13.
On Slide 9 (“Keys to Success”), replace “100%” with 110% in the third
bulleted item.
14.
On Slide 10 (“Profit & Loss Assumptions”), accept the change to delete the
slide.
15.
Insert a footer containing the date on every slide in the presentation except the
title slide. (Hint: In the Header and Footer dialog box, use the “Don’t show on
title slide” check box.)
In Slide Sorter view, your presentation should look like the Final Figure below. Save your
changes, close the presentation, and then exit PowerPoint. Follow the directions on the
SAM website to submit your completed project.
