Merriam-Webmaster, Monster, (2017) retrieved from;
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/monster
Merriam Webmaster an online dictionary presents different meanings to the word
monster. The first definition of a monster is presented as a plant or an animal with abnormal
structure or form. Other definitions present monster as an extremely ugly object with a terrifying
appearance. In the research topic, however, the definition that best suits what a Monster is the
last definition that points to it as a highly successful thing or event as the topic is about a
Monster which is a social movement aiming at helping people get employed. The Merriam
Webmaster is therefore important to my research topic as it links the Monster movement as a
successful movement in the championing of jobs searches all over the world. The site, however,
does not offer a direct link between the Monster movement and the definition was given.
Importantly, the site will be important in researching my topic as it will ensure a general
understanding of the topic. Additionally, the site will provoke a sense of different meanings of
the word monster. It is online and on a search tab that makes it easy for research.
Monster website Monster (2017) Monster Website; retrieved from;

job advertisement by the employers. Moreover, the site offers career advice to job seekers and to
the general public. Due to the fact that this resource is available online, it offers the best
reference point as it contains all the information needed for the movement. The site will,
therefore, be very instrumental in researching about the movement. Moreover, the site provides
clear steps on what to do to post a job or to get a job. The site will, therefore, be very relevant
and important in the study of the topic as it offers valid information that is promptly updated.

information was posted on the site.
Mullan John, Ten of the best monsters in literature. The Guardian (2010) retrieved from;
https://www.theguardian.com/books/2010/feb/20/ten-best-monsters-in-literature
Mullan John in the Guardian newspaper presents how the word monster has been used in
several literary works. In this work, Mullan presents different types of monster and how they
react to human life. In most of the types of the types of monsters mentioned, Mullan
acknowledges human effort in ensuring the monster is defeated. The one person or the group of
people who gets out and kill the monster are as well seen as superhuman or monsters. In this
analysis once more, the work done by the Monster social movement in struggling to ensure
people get employed can be equated to fighting a monster that is mostly referred in literature to
terrify the society. This source apart from bringing a different understanding of the concept of
monster, it does not directly benefit the research. It can, however, be important in trying to
understand the concept of helping people get employment in a world faced with high population
growth rate with low job creation. The article can as well be important in drawing readers’
attention, especially at introduction.
