1- I learned from the class that A lot of people these days want to be noticed, loved,
and cared for. We all can be loved, noticed and cared about from families, friends, and
even on social media. For example, posting a picture or a video on Facebook and getting
likes and comments by our followers, which makes us feel noticed. Those followers who are
making eye contact just like when we have an iPhone or an iPad everything is about you
using the word “I.”
The only thing that can come across our minds when we wake up in the morning is
for us to be noticed, and when we cannot achieve attention, we search for more ways to
gain it. I am learning to get attention the right way to be noticed as a good, kind, and loving
person. Everyone wants to be noticed for something they do or have done.
Everyone can do at least ten times more quality work. I am learning that everyone
should have the opportunity to help one another, whether you know them or not.
Whenever we intend to help someone we know that we are opening a new life with the
universe. If we don’t help people, it will come back to us, and when we need the help from
someone else, we won’t find it why because we didn’t help that person before.
2- our mind always love to be in somewhere else. our mind full of unnecessary stuff.
we need to empty it in order to be creative . we need to polish our mind, through reading ,
contact with nature, silence.
3-there are many different kind of leadership, I aspire to be the leader who leaving a
legacy, and I know I will leave something everybody can remember it and honor it. I
believe on my abilities . you said that in order to be this kind we need start to love our self
in order to care and love to other, we can’t give something we didn’t have it. and I agree,
yes I love my self, but I need to enhance my ability to be more care about others. i need to
find the pure beauty inside my soul.
to distinguish the regular leaders than the exemplary leader, we will realized that we
didn’t use our sense like listening. we need to use empathic listening by feeling about what
people going through even though it is hard to feel about what people going through unless
you experience that situation. However, by caring and sympathy.
4. I learned from the leadership challenge book, that exemplary leaders have great knowledge and has
compassion about others . I would say that now I’m in generating knowledge stage, and hopefully by
end of my education I enhance my ability to be compassion about other. Yes. I admit that I’m a kind of
person who care about the quality of work more than worker feelings. I always give extra attention to
the paper work perfection, I feel those papers present me I can’t give anything.
I learned also, exemplary leaders need to create a climate of trust , they need to facilitate
relationships and motivate face-to-face interactions. Trust is a critical tool in any organization
because its needs hard work to create a climate that allow workers to engage, innovate, and
having truthful discussions with exchanging ideas
5. I learned from the videos , there are solutions for everything, we need to dig more and make effort
to find it. people didn’t porn to be bad or good. there are situation create people. people who had a
rough childhood environment, more likely to reflect what they had to experience to their life situations.
However, by assume the good on them and teach them to be a better people is something possible. I
believe we need to teach the new generation parents to be more empathy on raising their kids. we need
to teach prisoners there are bright side of welfare, no one is evil , there is situation create us the way we
are. we need to find the goodness and practice to activate the good quality.
